MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · Completion of a recognized course of study from an accredited School of Nursing. · BSN preferred. Required Length and Type of Experience: One year related nursing experience preferred. Required Licensure or Certification: · Must be currently licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. · BCLS certification in all areas or must obtain same within first year of employment, ACLS certification in Critical Care or must obtain same within first year of employment. Required Physical and Environmental Demands: Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patient, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions and irregular hours. Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.
